Statement of Significance
This structure is characteristic of the mid-20th century houses that were constructed in this part of
Stellenbosch. It has contextual significance, and contributes to the streetscape. Since it was
surveyed, it seems to have been overly-sanitized in a renovation (as per the 2007 Google Streetview
imagery).
Landscape Significance
Mature jacarandas along street boundary. Some mature trees in garden.
