"House with hipped corrugated iron roof. Two bay windows, one with a covered gable with finial and round cast iron vent, one with a hipped roof. Vermiculated quoins. Ogee wrap-around verandah with cast iron columns, brackets and drip fret with drip finials. 2x2? sashes with louvred shutters and ? door with side and fanlights."
