Section 38 of the National Heritage Resources Act requires that any person who intends to undertake certain categories of development in the Western Cape must notify Heritage Western Cape at the very earliest stage of initiating such a development and must furnish details of the location, nature and extent of the proposed development. This form is designed to assist the developer to provide the necessary information to enable Heritage Western Cape to decide whether a Heritage Impact Assessment will be required.
