"Double storey asymmetrical house with hipped corrugated iron roof. Projecting gable with round cast iron loft vent, rusticated quoins. Replica hipped double storey concrete slab verandah with cast iron columns and brackets to ground and first floor. Cast iron balustrade. 2x2 sashes with louvred shutters and plaster surrounds. 2x2 door with fanlight, French doors to first floor.Attached parapeted extension. New boundary wall with cast iron decoration"
