Description
A T-shaped homestead with simple, central gable and front stoep, clearly with original Victorian fittings, but altered. The barn structures are located to the north of the homestead and are of various ages, but largely 20th century. The homestead is nestled into a dip in the hillside, with established trees and Oaks behind it.

Contextual Design
The site still forms a coherent farm werf, set against a local hilly rise, so that the werf is clearly seen
from the road, and has a landmark role within the valley.
