"Double storey 3-bay parapetted building with heavy moulded cornice, projecting central bay and plain raised corner quoins. 4x4 door with fine sunrise fanlight and plaster architrave flanked by narrow 4x4 sashes; other 6x6 sashes. Tiled stoep.
