Description

"Semi-detached house with corrugated iron roof and projecting covered gable with square bay window extended up to barge board. Triangular dormer in front roof with decorative barge trim and plastered columns with scrolls on either side of timber double casements. Flat (modern) dormers on side and modern timber casement to loft in gable. Decorative plasterwork under eaves reperesenting half-timbering. Rusticated quoins. Bullnose verandah on cast iron columns and brackets with timber-framed cast iron frieze. Bay window has 2x2 sash flanked by 1x1 sashes, with plaster decoration between and decorative plaster panels below. Front elevation has 2x2 sash flanked by attached 1x1 sashes and door."
