Cluster of buildings, two of which are historic, with exceptional views including Simonsberg. The oldest single-storey cottage (originally three rooms, opgekleide and mudbrick walls) was extensively altered including much raised roof. Asymmetrical single-storey hipped-roof Victorian farmhouse / villa with 90-degree stoep partly enclosed, retains Victorian sash windows and doors,<br />
some moved around. Various outbuildings. Oak trees, large one of great age.
