A single-storey building with double-pitched iron roof and end gables has clear school / institutional typological references. Its stoep faces the Vlaeberg Road and is a lean-to structure with ventilators between its roof and the main roof of the building, with a low wall with columns, and "stoepkamers" to either side. The building is located on high ground at the intersection of Vlaeberg Road with Polkadraai. Several mature trees surround the building.
