Description
"Double storey parapeted building with moulded cornice and angled corner. Granite plinth, rising to form architraves of entrances on corner and Bird St. Timber framed small-pane pivoting windows resembling sashes, arched on ground floor. Plaster surrounds, mouldings and pediments decorate entrances and articulate Plein St facade."
