"Single storey building with corrugated iron roof and covered end gables with fretwork barge boards. 2x2 doors with flat-arched fanlights with their own shutters, and flat-arched loft windows with shutters above, and 2x2? sashes with louvred shutters between.Small annexe at right angles to main building with asbestos sheet roof and gables with decorated chimneys and curved shoulders."
