Description
"Double storey parapetted building with projecting portico with triangular pediment on full-height Tuscan columns. Metal screens to entrance doors. Small-pane varnished timber sashes with louvred half-shutters, and florid plaster surrounds to first floor. Parapetted double storey extension, set back with small pane windows with solid half-shutters to ground floor. Central projecting half-round porch with Corinthian columns and door above with florid architrave. Cape Dutch revival double doors with ornate fanlight and timber architrave.Front garden."
