Description

"Two double storey residences with tiled roofs, Monica behind Harmonie. Harmonie has central covered gable with rusticated quoins and projecting porch with arched opening, rusticatation and plaster mouldings, flanked by a wide verandah with precast cloumns. 6x2 sashes, with shutters on the ground floor.Set back in gardens with boundary wall with ball-topped posts, cast iron railings and gates. Four storey modern extension in Neethling St with steel windows and tiled roof."
