Description
"Single storey with half-hipped shingle roof with fretwork eaves closers; central round louvred dormer vent and two dormers with timber small-pane casements, decorative barge boards and fretwork eaves closers. Recessed full-length verandah under main roof with plaster mouldings to the arched masonry support. 5-panel door with side- and fanlights in an arched recess. Double timber casements to front facade; 2x2 sashes to side. All openings have plaster surrounds.Garden wall with capped posts, cast iron railings and cast iron gate."
