"Rectangular building with corrugated iron roof and covered end gable facing Van Riebeeck St, which has a plaster band at eaves height with a 2x2 sash with plaster surround above, and small 2-pane loft windows below and on the long side. Corner quoins. 2x2 sashes and 2x2 door with arched top panels and 3-pane fanlight, all with plaster surrounds.Boundary wall with capped posts"
