"House with half-hipped steel tile roof and two projecting triangular bays with hipped roofs, all with decorative eaves brackets. Hipped verandah following outline of house and wrapping around corner, with fine cast iron columns, brackets and frieze. 4x4 door with sidelights and arched leaded stained glass fanlight; 2x2 sashes with louvred shutters."
