Hotel complex. Double-storey two-rooms deep, hipped-roof five-bay building with stoeps upstairs and downstairs; retains Victorian sash windows upstairs. Attached single-storey pitched-roof extension. Adjacent Art Deco building. Tall palms and remnants of Eucalyptus avenue.
