Description
Single storey, Modernist house with folding roof, so that the roof has a traditional pitch over the living space, but a "butterfly" form over the garage. The boundary treatment is solid, so the house is not visible from the street. The property has been extensively altered since 2009 (Google Streetview photography), with the loss of the garden space with characteristic Pahl pergola on steel columns.
