"Double storey building with third floor added above moulded cornice. Double storey verandah with straight roof, precast columns and walled balustrade to first floor. First floor has 2x2 sashes and French doors with 10-pane fanlights. Ground floor has timber shopfronts with leaded pane freize and recessed entrances."
