Statement of Significance
This is a layered site, with a Cape Dutch core, and a clear series of alterations and additions that are
"legible" as being of various eras. Although modest, this site has a strong association with the various
eras of occupation of the Stellenbosch Winelands. It has architectural and contextual significance.
