Description

Single-storey corrugated-iron pitched-roof house with central gable with pilasters and attic window. Roof raised and then lowered again, currently corrugated iron. Teak windows and Georgian fanlight. Victorian stoep on concrete pillars, stoepkamer, balustrade and steps and other added elements. Barn in line with house. Closely adjacent to Welgevonden.
