"House with hipped corrugated iron roof. Projecting gable on Bosman St with fretwork barge board, rusticated quoins and plaster decoration, and with 2x2 sashes with louvred shutters and a small loft window. Ogee verandah on cast iron columns with frieze. Plaster strapwork and 2x2 sashes."
