"Symmetrical semi-detached house with hipped corrugated iron roof; projecting covered gables at each end with half round lounvred vents with plaster surrounds, paired 1x1 sashes, plaster surrounds to openings, rusticated quoins and plaster bands. Bullnosed verandah between gables, enclosed with decorative teak and glass screen. Narrow 1x1 sashes, 2x2 double doors with arched top panels and 2-pane fanlights."
