"Asymmetrical house with hipped corrugated iron roof. Projecting covered gable with half-round louvred vent, square bay with two 1x1 sashes. Hipped bullnosed verandah on usticated masonry columns. Rough plaster, heavily decorated with rusticated quoins, surrounds to openings and plaster bands. 2x2 sashes with internal folding shutters."
