"Double storey 3-bay house with raised parapet, moulded cornice and rectangular cast iron vents to loft; rusticated quoins. 6x6 windows with internal shutters and hood moulding with decorative brackets; 2x2 door with arched top panels and sunrise fanlight. Brick paved stoep."
