"Asymmetrical house with hipped roof, projecting triangular bays to each street and a verandah with cast iron columns and brackets wrapping around the corner between. Walls are rough plastered with smooth quoins. The bays have gables with decorative fretwork, and triangular mouldings over the sashes. 2x2 sashes with louvred shutters; 2x2 door.Boundary wall with capped posts and ast iron railings."
