"House with hipped roof and central gable with decorative eaves brackets. Was pointed brick, now painted. Straight verandah with a central gablet, cast iron columns and spandrel brackets with drop finials. Arched recess to door with leaded stained glass to side and fanlights; 2x2 sashes flanked by 1x1 sashes in the same frame.High garden wall with cast iron cresting obscures house."
