"Double storey 3-bay house with monopitch corrugated iron roof and no parapet. 2x2 flat-arched sashes and 2x2 door with 2-pane fanlight, all with vermiculated rusticated surrounds. Double storey bellcast verandah with masonry columns and wall to the ground floor, cast iron columns, brackets and balustrade to the first floor. Garage with double timber doors with vermiculated plaster surrounds in right hand bay, flush with front of verandah."
