"House with corrugated iron roof with straight end gables, one with a loft door and external timber square, and with a projecting roof with timber fretwork decoration and a small 4-pane loft window over a triangular bay window. Small 2-pane loft windows under eaves. 2x2 flat-arched sashes with louvred shutters to the bay, and without shutters but with vermiculated rusticated surrounds to the front facade. 2x2 door with 2-pane flat arched fanlight, also with rusticated surround.Original wire-picket fence and pipe and mesh gate."
