Description
Asymmetrical 4-bay house with corrugated iron roof with bracketted eaves and flat-arched 3-pane loft windows; Rusticated vermiculated quoins. 6x6 sashes with plaster surrounds. Off-centre 2x2 door with arched top panels and flat-arched 2-pane fanlight. Brick stoep. Between this and site 17.06 B is a double storey parapetted section with 8x8 sash above and arched carriage opening below.Fine picket fence around front garden.
