"Semi-detached house with corrugated iron roof and projecting covered gable with simple timber decoration and tall finial, and with square bay with free-form pediment with plaster scrolls and other mouldings, 2x2 sash flanked by 1x1 sashes. Straight verandah with cast iron columns and brackets. 2x2 door with arched top panels and fanlight; 2x2 sash with internal shutters, both with simple plaster surrounds.Garden wall with capped posts."
