Upper floor has quoins, rustication and flat-arched 2x2 sashes with bracketed hood mouldings and rectangular cast iron vents to loft. String course above ground floor continuous with 17.17B (verandah removed?). Ground floor has modern facing, shopfront and recessed entrance."
