"Asymmetrical house with hipped corrugated iron roof. Projecting gables on two sides with round vent and sash window to loft, string course and two 2x2 sashes with plaster surrounds. Rusticated quoins. 3x3 front door and 6-panel door, both with fanlights; 2x2 sashes with plaster surrounds. Bullnose verandah with cast iron columns and brackets.Wall with capped posts and modern iron gates."
