Projecting gable with rusticated quoins, decorative bargeboard, round cast iron vent and triangular bay with pitched plaster roof and plaster mouldings above 1x1 sashes with louvred shutters. 2-pane loft windows. Bullnose verandah with cast iron columns, brackets and frieze. 4-pane door and 2x2 sashes with louvred shutters. All openings have rusticated quoin surrounds"
