"Asymmetrical house with hipped corrugated iron roof. Projecting gable with rusticated quoins, decorative bargeboard, round cast iron vent and triangular bay with pitched plaster roof and plaster mouldings above 1x1 sashes with louvred shutters. 2-pane loft windows. Bullnose verandah with cast iron columns, brackets and frieze. 4-pane door and 2x2 sashes with louvred shutters. All openings have rusticated quoin surrounds"
