"Semi-detached house with corrugated iron roof and central straight gable with plaster balls at apex and shoulders, moulded string course above eaves level and 2x2 sash. 2-pane loft windows. Cast iron verandah columns and brackets, but roof removed. 2x2 door with arched top panels and 2-pane fanlight and 2x2 flat-arched sashes with plaster surrounds.Wrought iron boundary fence with wall and plain posts."
