"Symmetrical house with hipped steel tile roof continuous over verandah with precast columns and low stoep wall between projecting gables with hipped roofs. New bay windows were added after 1998, with four 2x2 sashes in each. Modern glazed door with half-side- and fanlights, 2x2 sashes with louvred shutters.Boundary wall with capped posts and metal gates."
