Simple 3-bay cottage with corrugated iron roof and covered gable with small 6x6 Victorian sash and 3-pane flat-arched loft windows. 4-panel door with geometric fanlight; Georgian 9x9 sashes. All openings have simple plaster surrounds. Straight verandah with cast iron columns and brackets.
