"Single storey 5-bay house with corrugated iron roof and covered end gables. 3x3 door with sunrise fanlight flanked by 12x12 sashes, with French doors on the right and a double carriage door on the left. Bullnose verandah across whole facade, with precast columns and dipped wall. ""At the back are a flush door and casement, XVIIId."" (Fransen & Cook, p.144)"
