"Double storey house with corrugated iron roof and covered gables on two sides.Front gable has first-floor French doors to a concrete balcony with precast balusters on concrete brackets, and three linked 1x1 sashes below. Glazed panelled door with side- and fanlights. Straight double-storey concrete verandah with masonry columns and precast balusters to the first floor, and with plaster ""razorblade"" mouldings."
