Description
"Double storey 3-bay building with covered gable facing street with fretted bargeboard. Rusticated quoins. Concrete balcony over central bay, with heavy tuscan columns and precast balusters. 2x2 sashes with eyebrow mouldings and moulded cills; panelled double door with sunrise fanlight and moulded architrave to ground floor; French doors to balcony with eyebrow moulding. Full-length stoep with projecting steps. Parapetted double storey extension to left, set back behind plastered wall."
