Description
Square werf with some fine buildings edging the space and mature trees, including Oaks and Yellowwoods. Good relationship to the street. Buildings are placed in two parallel rows. Homestead is gabled and may date from the 18th century. The building on the end of the werf is double-storey, flat roofed and faces towards the street. It demonstrates rustication, arched windows and plaster mouldings more typically seen in houses within the town of Stellenbosch.
