"Single storey 3-bay house with corrugated iron roof, straight front gable with double casements and cast iron vent and covered end gables. Corner quoins and surround to 3x3 door with intricate fanlight. 12x12 sashes with louvred shutters. Raised stoep at entrance with steps to one side. One and a half storey extension along Drostdy St with garages below and 8x8 casements in flat-roofed dormers."
