"Double storey parapetted building with cut-away corner. Parapet and first floor with Art Deco plaster decorations: pinnacles, string courses and surrounds and canopies to steel Art Deco windows and doors, name on raised corner parapet. Concrete verandah parapet also decorated. Chrome Art Deco shopfronts with leaded panes."
