"Asymmetrical house with hipped corrugated iron roof and rectangular cast iron vents under eaves; projecting gables on both street facades with quoins, fretted bargeboards and finials and paired 1x1 sashes with louvred shutters. Bellcast verandah between gables with cast iron columns, brackets and drip fret. Woodwork includes a 2x2 front door with 2-pane fanlight, x2 sashes with louvred shutters and French doors.Large garden surrounded by capped wall, with cast iron railings and gate in Herte St."
