"Double storey parapetted building with concrete porch, narrrow louvred windows to first floor and shopfronts on the ground floor. Parking area to left screened by wall with railing and pergola. Long single storey section to right, parapetted with pilasters between bays. 2x2 sashes with timber hoods and small flat-arched louvred vents. Narrow garden in front with remnants of pre-existing stoep.Part of building between entrance and Oom Samie se Winkel contains old fabric"
