An atypical werf without a clear structure, with two historic, T-shaped barns. However, the barn that now forms the main dwelling directly addresses Stellenbosch Kloof Road, and therefore is of landmark significance, particularly as it is located on a rise along the road.

buildings, rather than having a focal homestead structure.
