"Corner building with 3-bay cottage on Victoria St, cut-away corner and shops on Andringa St. Victoria St cottage has central gable, hipped verandah with cast iron columns and brackets and central gablet, 2x2 sashes and 4-panel door. Shops have separate hipped verandah with timber columns and fretwork brackets and frieze. Modern double doors and timber shopfronts."
