This site has high architectural, contextual and aesthetic significance as a Cape Dutch Revivalist werf. The farm, located at the intersection of the Vlaeberg Road and Polkadraai, has landmark significance.

Landscape Significance

Axial plantings reinforce alignments and the sense of place throughout, particularly of the approach avenue. Some are very mature trees.
