Dating from the mid-1800's, the farm of Bethlehem that comprises Cape Dutch and Victorian
buildings and vast agricultural holdings that are semi-derelict, is currently being developed /
restored. The site has aesthetic, architectural, scenic and landscape significance, that will be
clarified when the development / restoration is complete in the future
