Description

"On the corner is a double storey Post-War building with Spanish tile eaves;recessed verandahs with half-round projections/balconies, flanked by precast columns and with outward-curving precast balusters. Moulded string course below eaves and plain string course between storeys. Steel small-pane casements. Low boundary wall. Beside and behind the corner building are four-storey concrete-framed buildings with bagged facebrick and glazed steel panels, and with a fifth floor set back. The buildings are linked by a double-storey concrete framed entrance."
