Description
"L- shaped double-storey office block with third floor set well back. Projecting entrance on corner of L with square-proportioned timber glazing element, other windows contemporary 2x2 sash windows, upper floor windows smaller than ground floor. Building suitably descaled on Papegaai St by being broken into 1 x 6-bay module and 2 x 4-bay modules, but intrusive on Dorp St as facade is on pavement edge. Plaster string course and parapet moulding. Battered base is inappropriate to Dorp St."
